The patio features a bistro table and chairs as well as a new BBQ for grilling. Additional amenities of the property include hot tub just down stairs below the condo parking. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, utensils, pots, pans and a dishwasher. Utilities: Owner pays for water, garbage, and heat. Activities you can enjoy nearby include hiking, biking, golfing, downhill skiing, cross country skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, sledding, the Sundance Film Festival, sightseeing, boating, water skiing, kitesurfing, fly-fishing, shopping, restaurants, live theater, and cinemas.
