Less than 20 minutes to most tourist spots including the Zoo, the Getty museum, Magnolia Blvd., and the Warner Bros studio tour. Well furnished, quiet, safe and affordable. Close to everything. The beds are comfortable and apartment conveniently came with a garage parking spot. Full on-site gym, laundry room, BBQ and spa on grounds. Close to Warner Bros, Universal Studios, Disneyland Headquarters, Toluca Lake, Bob Hope Airport, Hollywood Bowl and Hollywood. 1 month security deposit. It also requires payment for the last month of rent.
