Enjoy the Atlantic Ocean at the Jersey shore! This shore house is located a short 100' walk to the beach in Point Pleasant Beach, New Jersey. The beach house offers 3 bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed, the other two bedrooms have two twins, each; living room, kitchen, and two full bathrooms. The house is maintained to a very clean and healthy standard. Pets welcome !!! Monthly rent is $ 2800 and at least 3 months lease . Security deposit one month, last month is also required (no extra for pets) . All utilities are included in rental .
