Cozy private house with 3 bedrooms (2 queen, 1 double, 1 single) located near the resort. The house has a large kitchen , dining room with a large table and a seating area on the kitchen island. Comfortable living room with fireplace and fantastic views of the Mississippi River. Outside is a large patio with a table and swing to allow. Large campfire with ample seating in the courtyard overlooking the water. Private covered dock for 2 boats. I am looking for a min of 3 months rental with utilities included. 2 parking spots available outside.
