Roadside (sleeps 4) and Beachside (sleeps 6, could fit 8 by using the pull out couch) are the two rustic cottages on the property. Each cottage is about 600 sq. feet. The property comes with WiFi, TV, window air conditioning units, a grill, kids kayak, 2 paddle boards, canoe, pedal boat, fire pit, 3 picnic tables, plenty of outdoor seating and a large yard for games. All linens are provided, please bring your own beach towels Beachside Cottage: This cottage has a main floor queen bedroom (with a TV), bathroom, open living room, full kitchen and a loft bedroom with 3 twin beds (one has a trundle to make 4 beds) and a TV. There are two window AC units. Roadside Cottage: This cottage is at the top of the hill on US 31. There are 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the other bedroom has bunk beds. There is 1 full bathroom, open living area with a TV, dining table and full kitchen. There is a portable AC unit.
