The unique feature of lodge is that it's secluded surrounded by woods for total relaxation. You will have 230' of private access on Toccoa River (Laughing Waters as the Indians refer to it as), and approx two acre pond, yet 2.5 miles from downtown historic Blue Ridge, five minutes to closest grocery store. This cozy cabin is at the end of a well maintained county road. No steep grades to climb. Good cell and internet services. The lodge is nestled on 10 private acres all for you to enjoy and if you have pets, they will enjoy also. This cabin sits on upper part of the property on a ridge, with the river on lower end of property with the pond on the way down for your enjoyment. There is a leisure scenic walk down to the river where you will find picnic tables, fire ring and a volleyball/badminton net. All on cleared well maintained flat 1 acre park like setting to enjoy a picnic, fish, hike, play games, float or just relax and watch the water. Lodge is easily accessible year round on paved road and has plenty of level parking to bring kayaks, boats, 4 wheelers etc. Covered parking for one vehicle. Our cabin is a three level real log cabin with privacy on each level. There is a bedroom and full bath on each level, all with queen size beds, plus full size futon in game room. We also have a two queen size. Four covered and one open deck give you plenty of room to relax and view property and wildlife. We have a lot of deer, turkey, and birds to enjoy. Wet bar in the game room, gas log fireplace on main level, 6 person hot tub on lower deck, pool table, corn hole game, a fire pit by the cabin and by the river. We have picnic tables by the cabin and the river. Covored parking. This well equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, everything you will need to prepare your meals including. There is also a gas grill on main deck for your use which is connected to a underground propane tank so no propane tank is needed. Table which seats four on same porch as grill along with rocking chairs and tables.
