Hilltop is an island home located on a quiet residential circle community in Cedar Key, Florida. We are approximately a mile from the main heart of the village of Cedar Key. A spiral staircase takes you to the balcony bedroom with half bath, queen size bed, bedroom tv. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a dining room table with seating for six. Laundry room. A comfortable living room on the water side has two very comfortable recliners and a TV and a couch/sofa bed. In addition this living room area with the sofa has window treatments that will block out all light and also there is a movable folding door. Porches and seating areas on three sides of the house accommodate outdoor dining and catch the island breeze. There is parking for two vehicles.
