It is lovely and private and has one thousand square feet with a living room, dining room, 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. The main bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom has TWO twin beds. The kitchen is updated with all the modern conveniences to assist the gourmet cook in you and still has the vintage vibe. Several markets, including Smart and Final, Bristol Farms, Trader Joe's and Pavilions are close. We have a charcoal barbecue in the front yard for private outdoor dining. The plumbing, electricity and heating are new and updated. A front loading washer and dryer is in the garage available.
