It's located in Sea Breeze addition in the quieter part of Crystal Beach. Sip 'N Sea has an open concept living space with a large, comfortable wrap around couch and satellite tv. There are games and wifi provided. The kitchen has a spacious eat at bar with a separate drink bar to the right. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook and serve your group during your stay. The laundry room is located off of the kitchen to the right. The master bedroom is located to the right of the living room. It has a King Size bed, television, desk if you have to check in at the office while you're away. It has an ensuite bath with double sinks, separate toilet room, and a walk in shower. Everything is newly built with quality materials and furnishings. The bunk room has 2 twin size beds and 2 full size built in beds with lights and plugs at each. It also has a television and plenty of storage.
