A highlight of our house is it's original bar which is situated in the large game room. The bar seats 6 people and a 2nd refrigerator is conveniently locate right next to the bar. Pool and pinball. Large deck with plenty of seating, tables and a gas grill. Steps lead off the deck to a large, private, back yard with large fire pit. Also located on the first floor is the eat-in kitchen, dining room and living room with a large screen television and comfortable seating. Additionally, 2 bedrooms are located on the first floor. One bedroom has a king sized bed, carpeted floor and the other bedroom has full-sized bed with French doors that open up directly onto the deck. Also located on the first floor is a half bath and a full bath with a shower stall. A laundry nook with a washer & dryer is located off the kitchen. The second floor consists of a master bedroom with a queen sized bed & TV. The second bedroom has a full-sized bed and a sliding barn door, the third bedroom has a full-sized bed and a sliding barn door. There is a full bath with a tub/shower and a day bed in its own little sitting area in the hallway. Pets are negotiable.
