All of the bedrooms are downstairs. Parking places for two vehicles in front of house. Your monthly rent already covers utilities so you do not have to pay extra charges for that. First and last month rent required. There is a large master with California KING bed (memory foam mattress) and adjoining master bath with Travertine tile walk-in shower; the 2nd bedroom has a FULL size bed; the 3rd bedroom has three twin beds; and an optional 4th bedroom has a QUEEN bed (memory foam mattress) with a sliding door access to the yard.
