A house built for a family with beautiful back yard. very convenient location and easy walking to popular Alberta Arts area. We have a lovely extra out-building with a TV and pull out bed (no bathroom). A chef's kitchen and a master grill area for the interested cookers and a Zen calming backyard with soothing water fountain to relax in. We are close to several parks and walking distance from many famous foodie restaurants. Quick access to the airport. WiFi and cable with two TVs. The general layout of the house is one Master Suite upstairs with a queen bed and bathroom. Main floor has a bathroom with a bedroom next to it with a Queen bed and down the hall is a bedroom with a trundle bed with two twin beds. Street parking available. Pets welcome ! Payment is required for the first and last month.
