We also have 4 metal folding chairs, six folding canvas captains chairs and 4 steel patio chairs (please do not bring the patio chairs inside). The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. The Washer & Dryer is in the basement for your use if you need it. There is a monitored security system for peace of mind if you wish to use it. Large Corner lot with backyard deck & gas grill to make your own BBQ KC Style. Monthly rent is $ 2000 (nedd first and last month) and 1 month security deposit is required. Rent includes water, sewer, cable, electricity and garbage.
