The master bedroom and the room with 2 twin beds are pretty close together, with a bathroom in between. The 3rd bedroom with a full size bed is tucked away behind the kitchen down a little hallway. The 4 th bedroom is actually outside across the back patio. Fully equipped kichen, lots of spices, pots, pans, toaster, blender, coffee maker with filters. Surf boards, pool tables, BBQ, air conditioners, floor heaters, and new laundry. Patio with private fireplace. $5500 per month and $5500 security payment.
