This charming downtown cottage has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths sleeping 6 quite comfortably and it is just blocks from restaurants, shopping, museums, art galleries, parks and the Yellowstone River. On the main floor we have full kitchen with dishwasher, drip coffee maker, microwave, electric cook top with oven and all the cooking and serving utensils you need. Parking easy street. The bedroom located on the main floor has a comfortable queen bed and the bathroom has a walk in tile shower. The Living room with ample seating for six, Dining Room and Breakfast Nook are all on the main floor also. Upstairs we have 2 bedrooms with a Queen bed in each and a bathroom will a claw-foot bathtub to enjoy an evening soak in. We have hardwood floors on the main floor. We have a charcoal grill for outdoor grilling and a George Foreman grill for inside. Yellowstone National Park is an hour away. Bridger Bowl Skiing is about an hour also. Tenant has all utilities included. Payment is required for the first and last month. Livingston is open year round with great festivals, rodeos, concerts on main street, art walks, county fairs, Christmas strolls, carnivals and much much more!
