The kids room, which sleeps two, is on the third level with a twin bed and custom built bunk beds complete with reading lights and book shelves. Kids bathroom is right off the bedroom and has a tub. Fourth bedroom is located on the second level and has a queen bed. All bedrooms have flat screen TVs and cable. Second level is an open floor plan with living room, kitchen, and casual dining room. Relax after a long day at the beach in our two oversized comfy couches and watch your favorite shows on the 55' flat screen TV. The gourmet kitchen has high end appliances, seating for five at the island counter, and plenty of space for entertaining. The dining area seats up to 10 people and features a wine bar and view of the pool and ocean. The outdoor space features a spacious area complete with couches, flat screen TV, outside kitchen, shower, and of course, a large heated pool.
