The ocean views from living room’s large windows are simply breathtaking and the direct path to the beach right from the patio is totally awesome. Open the sliding door from living room, step into the patio, and be awed by the stunning ocean. We are on the Monterey Bay, midpoint between Santa Cruz to the right and Monterey to the left. BBQ in the private court yard. We are inside a gated Monterey Dunes Colony community with many amenities and onsite staffs. Popular amenities include hot tub, pool, and tennis court. Please note the outdoor swimming pool is open approximately from Easter to mid-October. Parking available.
