Only A two block walk to the Bayside history museum or short distance to the Chesapeake Railway museum. The beautiful Sunrise garden is located on the south side of the Southwinds with several pools where koi fish can be viewed. You can enjoy swimming and sun bathing at the beach in front of the condo. The Beach Welcome Center offers bicycle, umbrellas, beach chairs, paddleboards, and kayaks for rental. On Friday night there is a Farmers Market in next to the condo which includes live music and Classic car show from the first Friday of May through the first Friday in October and lots of vendors with delicious food and other products. Also during this season there are many special events such as summer concerts, movies on the beach, an annual wine festival and many more special events.
