There are two bedrooms upstairs each with comfortable queen beds and a full bathroom with tub/shower. There is a an additional living space/den and third bedroom on the basement level, and a full bathroom with a shower stall. There is also a pull out queen sofa bed in the living room, and we provide a full air mattress that works well in the basement living area. There is a dining table with seating for six, and there are 4 additional tray tables and chairs available. It is currently fully furnished and some of the furniture can stay with new tenants if desired. There is private parking in the backyard of the house for up to two vehicles. Tenant has all the utilities paid. First and last month + 1 month deposit.
