The house is at the southern end of Butternut Island. There are no sidewalks, it is a quiet, dead end street and has amazing, friendly neighbors. The house has been updated and well maintained over the years. We just completed a large kitchen renovation! The kitchen table holds 10. There is a large front room with vaulted ceilings with a flat screen TV (with cable). There are 5 bedrooms that have closets, dressers and new comforters. There are 2 full bathrooms and one half bath and all have been updated. There is a sunroom on the back of the house that allows for a full view of the lake. There is a flat screen tv, table, chairs and couch. On one side of the sunroom is a brick patio with gas grill and patio furniture. On the other side of the sunroom is an attached deck with a table and chairs that can seat 6. The yard is spacious and allows an open place. There is a concrete patio right next to the lake with lounge chairs.
