The ground floor level has a large party room leading into an enclosed, palm tree-shaded brick patio with a queen sofa/sleeper, full-size pool table and wet bar. The sand is right outside the patio gate! This floor even has a toilet, tub, and washer/dryer. Park the 5 vehicles on site.
