The house is approximately 1500 square feet, the parking garage is for 1 car and one car can stay in the driveway. You can reach San Francisco in 20-30 minutes by car or public transportation, and the village of Montclair, with its cafes, shops and a Sunday farmers' market, is only a 2-minute drive or a 20-minute (hilly) walk from our house. Berkeley, with its great university and wonderful restaurants, is only a 10-minute drive. The first and last month of rent is required.
