Frye Island is a great family friendly place to get away from it all. Sebago Lake covers 47 square miles with a maximum depth of 316 feet,an average depth of 101 fee t and an average summer temperature of 80 degrees. The water is crystal clear and is used as the drinking water source for the city of Portland.
