The main house is a super cute, sunny, 3 bedroom 1 bath in Austin's St. Edward's/South Congress neighborhood. The spacious open floor plan with adjoining living room and kitchen, set up makes it the perfect place to entertain. The kitchen has new stainless steel appliances with double door fridge, gas stovetop/oven, dishwasher, and all the cooking utensils (plates, silverware, pots, pans, dishes, glassware etc.) The sofa folds out to a full sized bed and the love seat also turns into a twin bed. There are 4 total bedrooms. Three bedrooms have queen sized beds and the 4th bedroom has a bunk bed with two twin mattresses. The house is located near St. Edward's University and right off of South Congress Street. We are walking distance to St. Edwards University, Crow Bar, Amy's Ice Cream, Thundercloud Subs, Opal's Divine and other shops and restaurants. We are also a short bike/taxi/UBER ride to the heart of South Congress Street (5 min) including: Continental Club, Guerro's, Uncommon Objects, and equally close to all the food trucks on South First Street. There is also a H.E.B supermarket super close and tons of great bars, restaurants, cafes, and shopping nearby. The backyard has a brand new pool and spa and is the perfect oasis for relaxing. There is plenty of onsite driveway parking available (3-4 cars). Plus there is plenty of street parking as well. Payment is required for the first and last month.
