The back yard has been designed and modeled after the Texas Hill Country Resort. There is a 1/2 court basketball court, trampoline, hot tub, tether ball, and large tree house style playground with comfort rubber flooring. This back yard also features two areas of patio space with furniture, a large outdoor grill, and custom Texas fireplace for a night of cooking smores! Last, but certainly not least, are the two large, resort style, pools. One pool has a small lazy river and depths of 3',5',3' and the other pool is 9' all the way across.
